How does the construction of a manufactured home compare to a site built home?

Manufactured homes are the only homes which must satisfy a stringent federal building code. The Housing and Urban Development(HUD) Manufactured Housing Safety and Construction Standards are your assurance of a safe, well-built home. These standards cover structural design, construction, fire safety, energy efficiency, and performance of heating, plumbing, air-conditioning, thermal and electrical systems.

      Hi Carolyn,
We are an exclusive Skyline retailer. I wholeheartedly recommend that you look at Skyline homes. Skyline’s Full 15-Month N0-Nonsense warranty assures you that “manufacturing defects reported to Skyline within 15 months after original retail delivery by an authorized dealer will be corrected without charge and within reasonable time.” In addition, I can personally assure you that the service department at Skyline Homes in Woodland is EXCEPTIONAL, and that we, at Sterling Home Showcase, stand behind every product and service we offer.

In Northern California, your new home will be constructed in Skyline’s Woodland plant. We would love to help you at Sterling Home Showcase if you’re in our delivery area. At Sterling Home Showcase we treat each customer like family; we’re not after a quick sale, but want to build long-term relationships with our customers. We have high standards, and tend to attract employees and contractors that also have high standards. All of the contractors we work with are exceptional, and our sales staff is friendly, no-pressure, and here to help you. I encourage you to call our office and speak with our sales staff… and if for some reason we can’t meet your needs, we’ll be glad to point you in the right direction.
